Your gently used workwear gives a woman a new start.
We are always in need of high quality, gently used workwear that will be suitable for use by our clients in their upcoming job interview or work.
You can donate:
Gently-used women's work-appropriate clothing
We only accept gently-used and new women’s clothing that is suitable for interviews or the workplace. Please make sure that items are cleaned, and folded neatly, and that you do not remove the sizing label from any garment.
We ask you to please not include coat hangers however paper and reusable shopping bags are appreciated.
Handbags, accessories, shoes, and new cosmetics
Generally speaking, if it’s something that will make our clients feel fabulous at an interview or at work, we’re happy to accept it.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept used or unsealed cosmetics of any sort. We also do not accept used undergarments of any kind.
Dollars in the donated
Clothes are at the heart of what we do, but they don’t keep the lights on. Small financial donations in addition to, or in lieu of your gently-used workwear enable us to continue to operate and provide this vital service.
For security reasons, we ask that you do not provide donations in the actual pockets of donated clothing items.
Getting your donation to us
We accept donations at our premises from 10am to 3pm at 2201 Blackford Street 37404 during opening hours on the 15th and the 30th of each month (or the following business day if these dates fall on a weekend).
If a special delivery, let us know and we can arrange it for a nominal fee.
Donations are regularly received in person, by taxi, courier and post. Please let us know in advance if you're planning to donate in person or are sending a taxi or courier so that we can be ready to accept the donation.
